SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused & Unburnt: The candle wick must not be burned or trimmed.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (box, dust cover, etc.).
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale"

SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES (BREAKAGE)

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. Since our products involve glass and fragile materials, breakage during transit can occasionally occur.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sugandhit.shop with clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

SECTION 3 - HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at contact@sugandhit.shop.

If your return request is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@sugandhit.shop.

SECTION 6 - RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your item to our official return address, which will be provided once the return request is approved.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Non-refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deductions: In certain cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

SECTION 7 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@sugandhit.shop.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
